At Humana Inc., and our wholly owned subsidiaries, we are very aware of the privacy concerns of our customers and others who visit the HumanaOne.com website. In fact, we share your concerns. Humana will not solicit personal information from you as you browse our website, though you may provide that information voluntarily. If you do elect to provide personal information to us, in no case will we sell, license, or transmit that information outside of Humana for any reason, unless you authorize us to do so.

By providing an e-mail address, you are indicating that publications can be sent to your e-mail address. You are not required at any time to submit your e-mail address for the purpose of receiving recurring informational/promotional e-mails from Humana Inc. and/or third parties. Health plan members may opt out of receiving publications via e-mail by contacting the Customer Service toll-free number that appears on your Humana member identification card or indicating your preference on our website. HumanaOne applicants may opt out of receiving publications via e-mail by contacting the Customer Service group at 1-866-215-2663.
For prospective HumanaOne members during the Get-a-Quote process, you have the option to change your password and email address. In case you forget or misplace your Password, we will use your security question and response to identify you in order to provide this information to you. Your personally identifiable information can be changed by contacting the Customer Service group at 1-866-215-2663.
Health plan members, at the time of login to the secured section of the website, you have the option to change your password, e-mail address, security question and response and communication preferences. In case you forget or misplace your password, we will use your security question and response to identify you before you can regain access to the site. To change your personally identifiable information, call Customer Care using the toll-free number on your Humana member identification card.
Technology Use on the HumanaOne.com website
Humana collects information about you and your use of our website through the use of session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are small text files that are stored within your computer's temporary memory. These temporary files are used to facilitate your navigation throughout the website. Additionally, session cookies are used to grant you access to the secured portions of the website. Access to the secured portions of the website will not be granted if the session cookie is rejected
Persistent cookies are small computer files that are transferred to your computer's hard drive. These stored files are used in the generation of data that is fed to a contracted third party for website usage analysis.
